Why we started
Planning a wedding you cannot fly out to see is its own kind of nervous. You are choosing a place from photos, trusting people you have never met, and every website seems to want a deposit before it will even talk to you. It is a lot to hold from thousands of miles away.
We started Wedding in Bali to take the guesswork out of that. First, honest guidance, written to actually help you decide, not to push you toward a booking. Then, when you are ready, one introduction to a trusted local planner who knows Bali and runs the day on the ground.
No twenty follow-up calls. No pressure. Just clear answers and one good match.
Meet the founder
I'm Yoan Letsoin, and Wedding in Bali is mine. I started it after watching too many couples try to plan the most important day of their lives from the other side of the world, second-guessing every choice and getting chased by suppliers before they had even decided anything.
So I built the site I wished they had: honest guides that help you decide, and one introduction to a local planner I trust to run the day on the ground. I would rather give you a clear answer and the right match than push you into a booking. That is the whole idea, and it is why my name and face are on it.

Does it cost anything to enquire?
No. Sending an enquiry is completely free, and it commits you to nothing. You only ever pay a planner directly if you choose to book with them, on terms you agree together. Our planning guidance costs you nothing either.
Who actually receives my enquiry?
You reach us first. We read what you have told us, then introduce you to one trusted local Bali planner who fits your day. Your details do not get sent to a crowd of suppliers. It is one enquiry, one match. You can send yours here whenever you are ready.
Can I just message on WhatsApp?

Do you help with small or intimate weddings?
Absolutely. Elopements, intimate weddings and quiet vow renewals are just as welcome as large celebrations. A smaller day still deserves an honest match, and we treat it with the same care.
